If you want a spoiler-aware first completion, use this direction:

Help Pierrot in the opening street scene.
Offer the bandage if you want stronger Pierrot details.
In the cafe, help with Pierrot's injury if you want later Harlequin dialogue to react to Pierrot's private voice.
Avoid the opening Do nothing choice unless you are intentionally chasing Ending: Missing.
Before Pierrot's first show, avoid circus food on your main save.
After Pierrot's show, choose Sure if you want the clean route into Day 2.
On Day 2, save before following Harlequin, before the room choice, and before the final mirror in the blue tent.
